The Cutting Edge

By the Numbers

UCLA Health System comprises two hospital campuses – Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center (including Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA and the Stewart and Lynda Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at UCLA) in Westwood and Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital – and more than 75 communityclinic and office locations throughout the region. In addition to clinical services, UCLA Health System and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA (and its other affiliated teaching hospitals – VA Westwood, Olive View and Harbor-UCLA) together conduct research and educate the next generation of physicians and medical scientists. A lot of people are necessary for an enterprise like that. How many?
